Welcome to Hearts & Minds Early Learning McKellar, my name is Marta and I am the Centre Director for this beautiful new service.

I have worked in Early Childhood Education & Care for the past 13 years. For the last 10 years, I have been a Centre Director, which I love.  I am striving to create a community in Hearts & Minds McKellar that brings us together so we can learn from each other, support each other and rely on each other while we are educating our children. Let us be a part of your village.

I believe that our children are competent and capable learners.  Each child has the natural ability to question, interpret and understand the world around them.

My name is Tee, and I have worked in early childhood education for over 10 years, beginning as trainee, then as an assistant educator on the floor, progressing to room leader, and now serving as a 2IC/Administrator. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of children’s learning and development across all stages of early education. I love working with children because each day brings new opportunities to support their growth, spark their curiosity, and celebrate their achievements. Creating a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and confident is at the heart of what I do. It is a privilege to be part of each child’s learning journey and to build meaningful partnerships with families along the way.
