Meet the Director
Kellyann Zugaro
Hi, my name is Kellyann and I am the Centre Director for Hearts and Minds Early Learning Baldivis. I have a diploma in Early Childhood and Education and have been caring for and teaching children since 2015. I have had many different roles in the sector and have enjoyed watching the sector grow to really focus on each child’s growth and wellbeing.
Early learning is forever changing, and no child is the same! We help children learn through play and their own interests. They guide and show us ways and things they enjoy learning and playing to extend their knowledge further. We are constantly reflecting and questioning “how can we help” or “what needs to be improved or changed”. My passion is to help all children reach their full potential and how we can work together to achieve this.
I am passionate about children and have always wanted to care and educate them from a young age. I now have a young boy myself and spending time with him and building memories with him is my favourite thing. I love the outdoors and believe it is just as important as the indoor environment. I love the children to be outside learning and playing and have incorporated this into our centre.
When I am not working, I love to spend time with my family.
I feel grateful to meet every child and family that comes through our doors and hope to meet yours soon.
